(jp) = A TikToker known as “Donny Skipper” claims he was evicted from his “luxury” apartment in upstate New York after sharing videos of its condition online, including a broken elevator and doors, “mysterious” flooding, and even bats roosting in the Loft at Harmony Mills. The 33-year-old paid $1,879 per month for a one-bedroom apartment, but says the landlord was trying to raise rent to $2,004. He claims that management company Lincoln Property Company has become extremely negative towards repair requests, adding he is now seeking to organise his neighbours into a class-action lawsuit. The management company has been contacted for comment.
