(jp) = Princeton’s head coach, Mitch Henderson, compared his team’s recent upset victory over Arizona to the iconic photo of him celebrating the 1996 NCAA Tournament win against UCLA. Henderson expressed his happiness but admitted that his team has not fully grasped the magnitude of their accomplishment. He encouraged his players to enjoy the moment and respect their opponents going forward. Despite being 2,800 miles away from campus, Princeton fans trekked to Sacramento to support the team and were rewarded with a fantastic performance. Henderson is proud of his school’s academic and athletic achievements and hopes to continue the momentum in the next round.
