(jp) = Former campaign staff for Marianne Williamson, the spiritual guru and Democratic presidential candidate, have spoken out about her tendency to have physical outbursts of anger and verbally abuse her staff during the 2020 campaign. The staff members reported instances of Williamson throwing phones, shouting at aides and pounding on a car door loudly enough for hotel staff to check on her. Williamson denied the allegations, saying former staff were trying to draw attention away from important issues facing the country. She is currently the only Democrat challenging incumbent President Joe Biden in the 2024 race.
