(jp) = The VPBank Hanoi International Marathon (VPIM) announced that it will take place on October 8, 2023, and is expected to attract around 10,000 runners from both domestic and international locations. The event consists of four road races, starting from Hoan Kiem Lake’s walking street and passing through 36 streets, connecting the city’s famous landmarks and iconic buildings. The VPIM running track will also be standardized according to international standards by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS). VPBank aims to promote a healthy and positive lifestyle while contributing to the general development of the city’s sports career by organizing premier sporting events.
